OPERTIONS MANAGER
The Operations Manager oversees daily clinic activity, staff coordination, patient flow, and internal organization.
They make sure BODY WRECK runs smoothly… even when things get questionable.
They are NOT the a surgeon they run the clinic itself.

POST-OP NURSE
The Post-Op Nurse provides direct care to patients after surgery. They monitor vitals, assist with recovery, manage pain, and make sure patients survive the first critical hours after procedures.
They are the frontline caretakers after the surgeon leaves.
Monitor patient applications
Assign staff to consultations
Oversee consultation tickets
Approve surgery scheduling
Keep surgery logs updated
Handle staff issues or conflicts
Maintain channel organization
Help new staff learn procedures
Basically: they make sure nobody is lost or waiting forever.
Clinic supervisor / administrator
Greets VIP clients
Reviews patient files
Approves “risky” or experimental procedures
Handles complaints or complications
Manages staff discipline
Coordinates operating room schedules
Deals with suspicious inspectors or authorities
They’re the person everyone goes through before surgery happens.
Manage the recovery facility or recovery floor
Approve patient discharge or extended stays
Monitor high-risk or experimental cases
Coordinate follow-up treatments
Supervise post-op nurses and recovery staff
Handle complications or emergencies after surgery
Maintain patient privacy and restricted access
Track patients currently in recovery
Assign nurses to patients
Oversee recovery RP scenes
Log complications or incidents
Communicate with surgeons about patient status
Approve VIP private recovery rooms
Monitor patient vitals and condition
Change bandages and assist healing
Administer medication and aftercare treatment
Assist patients waking from anesthesia
Watch for complications or instability
Escort patients to recovery rooms
Provide discharge instructions
Run recovery RP scenes
Check in with patients after surgery
Report complications to Recovery Director
Help maintain patient files
Guide patients through follow-up visits
OPERATING ROOM TECH
The Operating Room Technician prepares the surgical space, assists during procedures, and keeps everything running smoothly while surgery is in progress. They ensure surgeons have the tools, equipment, and support needed to perform successful operations.
They are calm under pressure and used to… unconventional procedures.
Prepare the operating room before surgery
Sterilize tools and surgical equipment
Set up instruments and machines
Assist the surgeon during procedures
Hand instruments during surgery
Monitor patient condition (with nurses)
Help move patients to recovery
Clean and reset the OR after operations
They’re always present during surgery scenes.
Help start surgery RP scenes
Confirm patient + surgeon are ready
Make sure surgery logs are filled
Assist newer staff with OR flow
Help maintain realism in procedures
Support during emergency RP situations
