Lexi Moonglade grew up on the south side of Atlanta — all glam, chaos, strip mall lights, and whispered rumors. By 19, she was already an internet obsession: platinum waves, impossible body, cold stare, and a reputation for doing whatever got her closer to power. Online, Lexi was known for her pretty face, expensive taste, and always looking like she belonged somewhere nobody could afford to be.
During the day, she studied surgical medicine at a prestigious university after getting in through a scholarship nobody expected her to qualify for. At night, she worked behind the scenes at a luxury “wellness spa” hidden underneath an after-hours salon in downtown Atlanta. Officially, it offered body sculpting, fillers, IV drips, and cosmetic recovery care for escorts, rappers, and socialites. Unofficially? It was a backdoor drug operation laundering money through beauty procedures and private recovery suites.
That’s where Lexi learned that beauty could buy power — and power could buy silence. Before long, Atlanta became too small for her ambition. Chasing bigger money, bigger clientele, and a more exclusive reputation, Lexi eventually found herself in Miami working inside BODYWRECK.
BODYWRECK wasn’t a clinic — it was a playground for the rich, reckless, and surgically obsessed. Hidden behind a luxury wellness spa, the underground spot became infamous for impossible bodies, frozen faces, overnight recoveries, and cash-only procedures.
Pink lights. Cigarette smoke. Botox parties at 3AM. Models, escorts, rappers, and socialites all sat in the same waiting room pretending they weren’t all addicted to perfection.
